Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  • Prepare and update daily inventory reports, stock cards, and material movement logs.
  • Assist in preparing delivery orders (DO), goods received notes (GRN), purchase orders (PO), and invoices.
  • Ensure all materials are properly recorded in the inventory management system 
  • Coordinate closely with the Production and QA departments to ensure timely material issuance and quality release.
  • Support daily warehouse operations by scheduling deliveries, tracking shipments, and verifying document accuracy.
  • Maintain proper filing of warehouse documentation in compliance with GMP and company procedures.
  • Assist in monthly stock take and reconciliation activities to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient supply and prevent overstock or shortages.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration.
  • Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and basic food safety documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage documentation accurately.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO systems and stock rotation procedures.
  • Basic understanding of quality inspection and traceability processes.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5.00 PM
