Job Description

 

Provides administrative and compliance support to ensure smooth office operations and adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies. This role involves assisting with document management, legal filings, policy implementation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in daily office operations, procurement of office supplies, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks.

● Support in preparing, reviewing and organizing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.

● Assist in drafting and maintaining internal policies and procedures

● Maintain and update corporate records, compliance reports, and confidential legal

documentation for easy retrieval.

● Assist in ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance frameworks, and industry

regulations by monitoring updates and coordinating with relevant teams.

● Track and coordinate IT service requests, troubleshooting, and system maintenance

● Communicate and follow up with legal advisors, regulatory bodies, vendors, and internal

departments on compliance and administrative matters.

● Help compile compliance reports, track regulatory deadlines, and ensure timely submission of required filings.


Job Requirements

 ● Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

● Experience in legal, compliance, procurement, or administration is an advantage.

● Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal research tools, and document management.
