To develop, execute, and monitor marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s brand identity (IP) and retail business goals, ensuring consistent brand positioning and measurable results.

Job Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and propose annual and monthly marketing plans that align with the company’s brand IP, image, and retail strategy.</li>
<li>Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote products, events, and brand awareness.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure all visuals, content, and messages reflect the brand’s identity.</li>
<li>Manage and monitor social media platforms, digital ads, and promotional content to ensure consistent tone and branding.</li>
<li>Coordinate with retail teams to create in-store marketing materials, displays, and campaign executions.</li>
<li>Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand growth.</li>
<li>Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, traffic, conversion).</li>
<li>Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.</li>
<li>Support in organizing brand events, product launches, collaborations, and retail promotions.</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with media, vendors, and brand partners.</li>
