About the Job

The Transparency Team deals with the aggregation and disclosure of transfers of value that Sanofi makes to healthcare professionals and organizations as required by applicable laws and regulations. The Team executes a centralized governance & reporting strategy to ensure Sanofi meets its transparency reporting obligations on behalf of all business units and Sanofi entities. Disclosure requirements have the goal of promoting more transparent relationships between the pharmaceutical and medical device industries with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations.

This Specialist role is responsible and deliver complete, accurate and timely transparency reporting as required by applicable laws and regulations inAsia transparency regulated countries (Such as Philippines, Japan and Saudia Arabia)and on behalf of all business units and Sanofi entities, herein referred to as ‘Asia’ transparency Reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Adhere strong timeline controls for the transparency reporting submissions in Asia;

  • Collect and assemble transparency data from various sources (OneCRM/E&C Events, Concur, Medispend, NAYA, SAP, i-Shift, and other relevant systems) to ensure comprehensive reporting for Asia countries in scope in timely manner.

  • Perform quality reviews on received transparency data and perform necessary remediation.

  • Address data gaps directly or by engaging with necessary stakeholders.

  • Resolve duplicate transactions, when needed.

  • Ensure the adequacy of transparency data in required templates.

  • Identify, maintain and update records for transparency resubmissions, if needed.

  • Execute appropriate process and system controls.

  • Perform data trend analysis.

  • Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and complete documentation.

  • Apply an intermediate understanding of transparency regulations, company policies, and assumptions to relevant situations.

  • Identify possible efficiencies for the transparency reporting process in Asia countries under scope and report to the manager.

  • Support modernization and the implementation of new tools or ways of working within the transparency organization.

  • Support continuous improvement activities, standardization, and automation to ensure operational excellence in deliverable tracking, compliance, and reporting.

  • Identify risks, data gaps, propose actions for improvement and inform the manager.

  • Demonstrate company values in all activities.

About you

Experience:

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry or equivalent, 2+ years’ experience.

  • Solid experience in managing large datasets, conducting thorough quality checks, and executing remediation activities to ensure data completeness and accuracy.

  • Experience in performing transparency activities and reporting in relevant countries.

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes that generate transfers of value to healthcare organizations & healthcare professionals.

  • Experience with transparency data source systems (e.g. CRM, Concur, SAP, etc.) & system infrastructure.

  • Experience in following strictly transparency reporting timelines and processes.

  • Experience pacing oneself to meet on-time deliverables.

  • Good understanding of transparency regulations and laws in Asia countries, is preferred

  • Experience with process simplification and automation, is preferred.

Soft skills:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently to drive problem solving and process improvement.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain working relationships

  • Possesses confidence to ask to questions & assess risk

  • Prioritizes tasks by due date and mission criticality

  • Detail-oriented & organized with updating & saving work instructions and file version control.

  • Experience communicating clearly with leadership.

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel skills required.

  • Power BI, Qlik Sense, advanced skills.

  • Experience communicating clearly with leadership.

  • Strong data analytic skills, including preforming quality reviews.

  • Intermediate Knowledge in Medispend and OneCRM is preferred

Education: Bachelor’s degree required

  • Languages: Advanced English and Japanese
