Job Description

  • Chinese only or Fluent in Mandarin.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation 
  • Liaise with China suppliers (Mandarin communication required)
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents 
  • Assist in import & export documentation and processes 
  • Manage e-invoicing and data entries using SQL Accounting system 
  • Perform basic calculations and costing (pricing, quantities, etc.) 
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of documents 
  • Support general office operations and ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to liaise with China suppliers 
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related field 
  • Experience in admin / operations / import-export is an advantage 
  • Familiar with SQL Accounting system and e-invoicing 
  • Good with numbers and basic calculations 
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines 
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision 

Nice to Have (Optional)

  • Experience dealing with freight forwarders or shipping documentation 
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures
