Job Description

• To effectively develop new sales prospects and grow the existing sales in the targeted markets of local artists or influencers, multilevel marketing business models, the hotel and hospitality industry, and curated personal brand wellness in the therapeutic industry.
• To perform research for market information & requirements on the territories assigned. 
• To achieve sales targets that Management sets.
• To effectively prepare and update management on new business development progress and update the immediate superior and Management 
• To provide feedback and input for new product developments based on market information is essential for ensuring that products align with customer needs and market trends.
• To identify and draft out proposed action plans for non-performing, lost customers, and non-growth regions. 
• To identify and draft proposed action plans for non-performing customers, lost customers, and non-growth regions.
• To effectively work with related departments to resolve and smoothen out operational issues.
•  To undertake other special assignments, and ad-hoc jobs/projects as and when required by Management.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
•  Required Computer skills: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Preferably Executive with 3-5 years of sales experience in cosmetic/ personal care, /hospitality/ multi-level marketing/ spa and wellness industries.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong passion for sales.
• Excellent  Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possesses own transport and valid driving license.
