Job Responsibility:

<li>Based on department goals, customize your own sales goals every month and complete monthly targets according to the goals;</li>
<li>Explore the potential needs of high sea users, provide timely and professional services to each user, and form an integrated customer service and sales;</li>
<li>Respond to and answer users' online inquiries in a timely manner to establish ongoing customer relationships;</li>
<li>Maintain and develop each assigned customer online and offline with a positive and responsible service attitude and professional knowledge reserve;</li>
<li>Provide timely feedback on abnormal situations, handle user inquiries in a timely manner, and serve as an effective bridge for communication between the platform and customers;</li>
<li>Analyze and summarize the work process and suggestions made by users, and provide timely feedback;</li>
