Job Description

  • Receiving & Verification: Accurately receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against return orders. Proactively communicate with customers to resolve any quantity or item discrepancies.
  • Packing & Organization: Efficiently assist in the careful packing and systematic organization of goods prepared for return shipment to suppliers.
  • Supplier Relations: Handle the end-to-end purchase return process to suppliers, including maintaining clear and professional communication to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Record Keeping & Data Entry: Maintain meticulous records, perform timely data input, and accurately file all documentation related to return activities.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Handle other operational, administrative, or inventory tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in an operational setting is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customer and supplier
  • Ability to start work immediately or on short notice
