We specialize in logo designs, brandings and various graphic &amp; visual design services. Our customer base is not limited, but all over Asia such as China, Japan, Thailand, Singapore and Taiwan.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

<li>&nbsp;Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure a great overall client experience.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Handle client servicing for both branding &amp; design projects and KOC/influencer marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Introduce the company’s services and identify upselling opportunities for existing and potential clients.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Communicate regularly with clients via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, Zoom, and in-person meetings.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Address and resolve client concerns, especially regarding design or marketing proposals.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Compile, organize, and communicate client briefs, requirements, and feedback clearly to the design team.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage project timelines and coordinate closely with the design team, including monitoring designers’ work schedules and task progress.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support internal project coordination to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and revisions are tracked properly.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Report project progress, client feedback, and deliverables to the Creative Director on a weekly basis.</li>
</ul>
