💼 Key Responsibilities:

•  Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure a great overall client experience.
•  Handle client servicing for both branding & design projects and KOC/influencer marketing campaigns.
•  Introduce the company’s services and identify upselling opportunities for existing and potential clients.
•  Communicate regularly with clients via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, Zoom, and in-person meetings.
•  Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
•  Address and resolve client concerns, especially regarding design or marketing proposals.
•  Compile, organize, and communicate client briefs, requirements, and feedback clearly to the design team.
•  Manage project timelines and coordinate closely with the design team, including monitoring designers’ work schedules and task progress.
•  Support internal project coordination to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and revisions are tracked properly.
•  Report project progress, client feedback, and deliverables to the Creative Director on a weekly basis.

Job Requirements

•  Diploma or Degree in Administration, Mass Communication, Art & Design, or a related field.
•  Positive attitude, responsible, and proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, multitask effectively, and handle tight deadlines.
•  Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with clients.
•  Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
•  Fluent in Mandarin and English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
•  Knowledge of branding, design, and marketing is a plus.
•  Must have own transportation and a working laptop.
