ABOUT THE COMPANY
Kopi Saigon is one of the fastest growing Vietnamese coffee chains in Malaysia with 200+ outlets nationwide and rapidly expanding across Southeast Asia.
We are building more than just a coffee brand. We are building a consumer brand ecosystem spanning beverages, merchandise, digital platforms and lifestyle experiences.
We are looking for a high calibre Marketing Director to lead brand growth, marketing strategy and nationwide campaigns that drive real business results.
This role works directly with the Founder and leadership team to shape the future direction of the brand.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing Director will be responsible for building a powerful consumer brand, executing high impact campaigns and leading the marketing team to support rapid outlet expansion across Malaysia.
You will oversee the full marketing ecosystem including:

<li>Campaign execution</li>
<li>Product launches</li>
<li>Digital marketing</li>
<li>Brand collaborations</li>
<li>Marketing analytics</li>
</ul>
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast growing, high performance environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Lead overall marketing strategy and brand direction for Kopi Saigon</li>
<li>Plan and execute high impact marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales</li>
<li>Lead and manage the marketing, creative and digital teams</li>
<li>Develop brand positioning, storytelling and consumer engagement strategies</li>
<li>Plan and execute major product launches, collaborations and brand activations</li>
<li>Drive viral marketing initiatives and social media growth</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data and ROI</li>
<li>Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient return on marketing investment</li>
<li>Work closely with operations and development teams to support outlet expansion nationwide</li>
<li>Identify new opportunities for brand partnerships, influencer campaigns and collaborations</li>
</ul>
