Tradewinds PNG Limited is seeking a highly experienced Expatriate Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role reports directly to the General Manager and will be instrumental in driving business growth, market expansion, and brand positioning across Papua New Guinea.

Position: Sales & Marketing Manager (Expatriate)

Location: Papua New Guinea

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
• Oversee promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Manage pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and budgeting
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to the General Manager

• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role (FMCG or beverage industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Willingness to work in Papua New Guinea and adapt to a dynamic market environment
