Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets</li>
<li>Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance</li>

<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands</li>
