Job Description

 

  1. Position Overview

De’Xandra is looking for an experienced and proven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and strengthen the company’s sales growth.

We are not looking for someone who is just starting to learn how to plan strategies.

We are seeking an individual who has managed real revenue, understands the pressure of numbers, and can translate strategy into measurable results.

The candidate must understand the following multi-channel business model:

70% – Reseller Network (Stockists, Agents, Dropship)

20% – Online & E-Commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Ads, Live Selling)

10% – Offline Retail & Activation (Roadshows, Push Carts, Events)

Priority will be given to candidates who have actively and profitably managed at least two of the three channels.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales Management & Revenue Growth

·        Plan and execute annual and monthly sales strategies

·        Set and achieve realistic, data-driven targets

·        Monitor margins, pricing strategies, and profitability

·        Prepare sales performance reports for management

·        Analyze market trends and proactively adjust strategies.

·        Candidates must be results-oriented and understand that performance is measured by numbers, not just planning.

B. Reseller & Distribution Channel Management (70%)

·        Strengthen and expand the network of stockists, agents, and dropship

·        Develop campaigns to improve restock consistency

·        Manage incentive structures and network motivation

·        Resolve channel issues professionally and systematically Ensure stock stability and inventory control

C. Online & E-Commerce (20%)

·        Manage company marketplaces and digital platforms Improve conversion rates and average order value

·        Monitor paid ads performance (Meta, TikTok, Google)

·        Evaluate ROI and optimize customer acquisition cost.

·        Plan product launches and digital campaigns that drive revenue

·        Candidates must understand the difference between engagement and actual sales.

D. Offline & Activation (10%)

·        Plan profitable roadshows and promotional activities.

·        Ensure clear cost control for physical activations.

·        Monitor outlet and pushcart performance.

·        Evaluate location effectiveness and promotional strategies

·        Leadership & Systems

·        Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team

·        Set clear, measurable KPIs

·        Conduct regular performance meetings

·        Build scalable systems that do not rely on individuals

·        Promote a culture of accountability and open communication

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field

·        Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

·        Experience managing revenue of at least RM3–5 million annually

·        Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Retail, or Fragrance is an advantage

·        Proficient in e-commerce and performance marketing

·        Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

·        Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
