What You’ll Do

<li>Engage donors and prospects with a positive and friendly attitude.</li>
<li>Conduct outbound calls to introduce campaigns, overcome hesitations, and pitch donation programs.</li>
<li>Support upselling and cross-selling activities based on donor needs.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.</li>
<li>Log customer feedback (positive and negative) to support continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Participate in sales, marketing, and outreach activities assigned by the team.</li>
<li>Assist in administrative and follow-up tasks to support overall telesales operations.</li>
</ul>
