Job Description
Are you detail-oriented with a strong interest in procurement and operations? Join Signature Manufacturing Sdn Bhd as a Purchasing Intern and gain hands-on experience in supporting our purchasing and supply chain functions.
- Assist in a short-term project to maintain stock code records and update purchase categories and sub-categories in the ERP system.
- Support project costing cross-checks to ensure process rates are accurate.
- Monitor and follow up with suppliers on outstanding purchase order deliveries, including buffer stock.
- Cross-check and update stock code records in the ERP system.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
