1.  Lead and supervise the team to ensure smooth operations.
2.  Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and internal rules and regulations.
3.  Conduct stock counts and oversee stock arrangement.
4.  Supervise the baking and mixing of nuts.
5.  Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
6.  Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
7.  Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

1. Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or equivalent practical experience.
2. Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or in a people management role is required. 
3. Minimum 2 or 3 years working experience in relevant field.
4. Aggressive, Result-driven, Good time management & Stress management.
5. Willing to standby all the time for ad-hoc stuff.
6. Resourceful, meeting deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player.
7. 6 Working days per week.
8. Malaysian only.

Salary:  RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month.
