Job Description

What applies to you

You will have an exposure into Human Resources job function but no limit to HR business partnering, employee engagement, employee survey, HR reporting, and other HR related tasks. 

What you will do

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to provide comprehensive support to multiple business units within the organization.
  • Assist HR Business Partners in executing HR initiatives and programs effectively.
  • Provide support for day-to-day HR operations and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and analyze HR-related reports, such as training and leave reports, as required.
  • Verify employee information for reference checks and assist in coordinating exit interviews.
  • Manage the e-learning platform and oversee the arrangement of internal and external training programs.
  • Handle applications for training grants and claims through the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC).
  • Update and maintain training systems, ensuring accurate and complete training records.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements for future programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • The ability to work as part of a team and curious & passionate in HR job function.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and high sense of disciplinary and confidentiality.
  • A minimum internship duration of 5 months is preferred
