<h3>What You’ll Be Doing:</h3>
- Recruitment &amp; Onboarding
<ul>
<li>Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, from job postings to interview scheduling.</li>
<li>Prepare employment contracts and ensure all onboarding documentation is properly completed. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
- HR Operations
<ul>
<li>Maintain up-to-date employee records including attendance, leave, and personal data.</li>
<li>Manage payroll inputs such as overtime, allowances, and deductions.</li>
<li>Assist with handling employee grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
- Employee Engagement &amp; Development
<ul>
<li>Plan and organize employee activities, engagement events, and wellness initiatives.</li>
<li>Coordinate training sessions and track employee learning progress.</li>
<li>Maintain training and certification records to support employee growth. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
-Office &amp; Administrative Support
<ul>
<li>Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep.</li>
<li>Handle travel arrangements, meeting setups, and accommodation bookings.</li>
<li>Ensure office equipment maintenance and compliance with safety standards.</li>
<li>Prepare HR and admin reports, while ensuring strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as required by the company or your superior.</li>
