What you will do
<ul>
<li>Provide service engineering, including installation, technical, and maintenance support services.</li>
<li>Offer on-site support to customers, including troubleshooting, addressing breakdown calls, and resolving areas of concern.</li>
<li>Register and respond to all user requests/enquiries and perform level 1 support.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot desktop hardware and software applications.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve network and server issues.</li>
<li>Perform other tasks as assigned on a daily basis.</li>
</ul>
What you will gain:
