Job Description

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation, and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales account management and business development teams to maximize performance. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Account Management/Business Development teams.
  • Assure quality of all sales related information pertaining to organization, proposals, commercial documents, costing sheets, vendors/partners information etc are kept in central document system storage and update if necessary.
  • Maintain and run reports as and when needed on the CRM system.
  • Work closely with Account Management and Business Development team on quotation/proposal submissions, sales orders processing, invoice processing. Follow up on accounts receivables with Account Managers and customers.
  • Work closely with procurement and, accounting and finance team to ensure smooth processing of sales orders, invoices, and tracking of accounts receivables.
  • Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in sales support or sales administration.
  • Fresh graduates with good English proficiency both oral and writing, as well as good basic Mathematic and Microsoft office skills will be considered with training provided.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with other functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept in using CRM or sales management software is a plus.
  • Diploma or Degree graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology etc related fields.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
