Company :
Sime Darby Auto Hyundai Sdn. Bhd.- Repair customer’s vehicle.
- Improve the quality of the products and services.
- Ensure workshop productivity and efficiency are achieved.
- Improve the quality of the products and services.
- Ensure all Company’s tools are in good condition.
- Ensure all the warranty parts are properly kept before and after audit.
- Responsible for proper method of troubleshooting repairs and service.
- Follow up with customer after 3 days collection (vehicle).
- Liaise with warranty department on the warranty pre-approval claim.
- Prepare documentation and key in the system for warranty submission.
- Prepare documentation and key in SAP for submission
- Provide outdoor service within working hours.
