<p>&nbsp;<strong>Job Overview</strong></p>
<p>The Repair IT Technician works under the purview of the Repair Team Lead/ Repair Senior Technician.</p>
<p>This includes problem solving and methodology to resolve matters that arise during their course of work And is responsible to ensure quality standards are met.</p>
<p>The Repair IT Technician will have key involvement in the execution of continuous improvement projects that lead to better resource management, productivity and Quality.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform IT equipment repair (General repair work, Motherboards, Power Supply, LCDs, and etc.)</li>
<li>Ensures Service Level Turnaround time is met for IT equipment orders.</li>
<li>It is the first point of call for troubleshooting and problem resolution activities.</li>
<li>Checks administrative work accuracy – Feasibility Report compilation and submission.</li>
<li>Ensures all SOIs and SOPs are adhered to.</li>
<li>Ensures repair quality meets QC guidelines/processes/standards.</li>
<li>Performs IPC (in process checks) on repair work.</li>
<li>Ensures the team account for all equipment and parts requested and returns to the WH for storage is prompt.</li>
<li>Works with the relevant departments to implement the usage of tools to enhance work processes and is responsible for the maintenance and care of these assets.</li>
<li>Liaises and represents the department where collaboration is required between departments, suppliers, clients.</li>
<li>Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed.</li>
<li>Ensures upkeep, cleanliness and organization of the work floor (5S).</li>
<li>Provides feedback to and on the work performance of the team to the Repair Team Lead and the Production/Assistant Production Manager.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Customer Service</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Follows up to ensure timely and appropriate actions are taken on customers' requests and responds to all complaints, and queries received.</li>
<li>Maintains and develops inter departmental relationships.</li>
<li>Performs service recovery for customer related issues.</li>
</ul>
