Job Description
- Project Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of data centre BPO operation.
- Schedule & Budget Control: Develop and maintain the master project schedule, resources planning and cost control.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, corporate executives, and local data centre technical teams.
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with Malaysian government agencies if required.
- Manpower Management: Human resources planning, recruitment and team building to ensure 24-Hour efficient and effective data centre operation.
Job Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology Management, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Data Centre or similar mission-critical environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of critical data centre infrastructure, including high-voltage power distribution, UPS systems, backup generators, chillers, cooling systems, and BMS/EPMS.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
