&nbsp;We are looking for a responsible and motivated Site Safety Officer to join our plantation team. This role is open to fresh candidates with relevant academic background or 1–2 years’ working experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities
Safety Monitoring &amp; Awareness
<ul>
<li>Help conduct safety inductions, fire drills, and safety briefings for staff.</li>
<li>Support safety training sessions for all workers.</li>
<li>Observe and record daily safety activities and report unsafe acts or hazards.</li>
<li>Assist with routine safety inspections and recommend improvements.</li>
</ul>
Safety Reporting &amp; Documentation
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing monthly safety reports and statistics.</li>
<li>Help keep audit documents and safety records up to date.</li>
<li>Support in submitting regulatory reports like NADOOPOD, JKKP 8, and others.</li>
<li>Maintain updated Emergency Response Plans and contact lists.</li>
</ul>
Safety System Support
<ul>
<li>Help implement safety procedures based on OSH, FMA Act, IFC Guidelines, and company policies.</li>
<li>Participate in reviewing safety laws and compliance matters.</li>
<li>Support HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) and job safety assessments.</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring safety compliance of workers and subcontractors.</li>
</ul>
Teamwork &amp; Training
<ul>
<li>Work closely with management and contractors to ensure safe operations.</li>
<li>Join safety coordination for new or high-risk tasks on-site.</li>
<li>Provide support during safety audits and inspections.</li>
<li>Maintain good working relationships with the team and external parties.</li>
</ul>
