We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join us at our HQ in Sri Rampai, Kuala Lumpur, and play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing retail operations across all branches.
✨ The Role: To oversee and enhance retail operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all Valoobuy branches. This is a hands-on position with travel opportunities and the chance to make a lasting impact on the company’s success.
🔑 Your Responsibilities:

<li>Retail Operations Management: Oversee retail processes such as inventory control, POS system management, and defect item handling to ensure smooth branch operations.</li>
<li>Staff Supervision: Lead and support staff management, including scheduling, disciplinary actions, and team development.</li>
<li>Compliance: Ensure all branches adhere to company policies and operational standards.</li>
<li>Monthly Branch Visits: Travel to all Valoobuy branches to conduct regular operational checks and resolve issues on-site.</li>
<li>Document Preparation: Draft and present operational reports, strategies, and documentation for improvement.</li>
<li>Problem-Solving: Act quickly to identify and resolve operational challenges.</li>
</ul>
