Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the business including staff management, inventory, sales, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting; ensure profitability and cost control.
- Recruit, train, and supervise department heads and staff; foster a high-performance culture.
- Maintain high standards for customer experience, ensuring services/products align with brand values.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product/service innovation and marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations applicable to the beauty industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- • 5+ years of managerial experience, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or retail sectors.
- • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- • Financial acumen and experience with budget management and P&L oversight.
- • Passion for the beauty industry and understanding of current trends and consumer behavior.
- • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
