Job Description

-Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily functions of the organization, ensuring that all departments are aligned with the strategic objectives and goals of the company. -Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute long-term strategies to meet business objectives, including establishing performance benchmarks and tracking progress. -Financial Management: Direct budgeting and financial planning, ensuring the organization maintains robust financial health by analyzing performance indicators and making informed decisions. -Team Leadership: Create and guide high-performing teams, cultivating a positive workplace culture and offering support to staff members. -Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with important stakeholders, such as clients, investors, and board members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. -Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations while evaluating risks to safeguard the organization’s assets and reputation. -Performance Analysis: Assess organizational performance, pinpoint opportunities for improvement, and implement necessary changes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
     
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
     
  • Ability to make informed and effective decisions.
     
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
     
  • Willingness to take calculated risks and handle challenges in a dynamic business environment.
     
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
     
  • Strong task delegation and prioritization abilities.
     
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking management and clients.
