&nbsp;As an Operation Executive you will oversee and manage all aspects of the outlets in the Food &amp; Beverages industry. You will lead a team of selected outlets and your role will involve training, operational planning, and customer service excellence.

<li>Responsible for overseeing the outlet's overall operations and sales, including sales, customer service, staff recruitment, training and development, and administrative functions.</li>
<li>Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and maintain consistent operations across all store locations.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise as needed, and coordinate with the purchasing department for inventory management.</li>
<li>Provide constructive feedback to promote professional growth among team members</li>
<li>Convey sales targets and performance goals for the retail team, guiding them to achieve or exceed these targets</li>
<li>Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement</li>
<li>Collaborate with the retail team to create appealing menu displays that attract and engage customers.</li>
<li>Coordinate with departments to get better results on each branding needs.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with government &amp; company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.</li>
<li>Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.</li>
</ul>
