Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
     
  • Manage and supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance.
     
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
     
  • Handle stock control, purchasing, and cost management.
     
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to solve operational issues.
     
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
     
  • Monitor restaurant performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Job Requirements

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B or restaurant management.
     
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
     
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
     
  • Passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering excellent service.
     
  • Experience in hotpot or Chinese cuisine restaurants will be an added advantage.
