We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales Consultant (Window Fashion Curtains & Blinds) to join our dynamic team. You will be the face of our company, guiding clients through the exciting process of selecting and customizing the perfect window fashions for their space.

Key Responsibilities

•  Consultation & Sales: Conduct in-home or in-showroom consultations with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget.
• Design & Recommendation: Provide expert advice and recommendations on product types, materials, colors, and motorization options (curtains & blinds).
•  Measurement: Accurately measure windows and verify specifications to ensure a perfect fit for custom orders.
•  Quoting & Closing: Prepare detailed quotes, present proposals, and successfully close sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
•  Order Management: Process orders accurately and follow up with clients from consultation through installation.
•  Stay Updated: Maintain knowledge of current design trends, new products, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Your Requirements

•  Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, interior design, or the window fashion industry (Curtains & Blinds) is highly preferred.
•  A strong interest or background in interior design, color theory, and home décor.
•  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
•  Sales Drive: Proven ability to achieve sales goals and a self-motivated, results-oriented attitude.
•  Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home consultations.
