Job Description

About Us

We are an AI-powered healthcare technology company dedicated to improving patient safety in hospitals and nursing homes. Our smart fall prevention system uses advanced computer vision and analytics to help caregivers respond quickly and prevent falls.

We are expanding our team and looking for a Deployment and Support Specialist who will play a key role in implementing and supporting our solutions at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:-

  1. Customer Support: Provide timely online and onsite support to hospital and nursing home clients.
  2. Project Implementation: Coordinate with contractors for site wiring, installation, and setup of system components.
  3. Hardware & Software Preparation: Configure servers, sensors, and network devices prior to deployment.
  4. Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct pre-deployment and post-deployment system testing to ensure smooth operation.
  5. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, network, and software.
  6. Documentation: Maintain project and support records for tracking and reporting purposes.


Job Requirements

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  2. Hands-on experience with hardware setup, networking, or system configuration is a plus.
  3. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  4. Able to manage contractors and coordinate work on customer sites.
  5. Independent, detail-oriented, and willing to travel locally for site visits.
  6. Experience in healthcare or surveillance system deployment is an advantage (but not required).
