We are a leading provider of cashless parking payment solutions and are looking for an enthusiastic and Business Operation Executive to join our team in Klang Valley. As a key player in our operations, you will contribute to the seamless delivery and execution of parking payment solutions across the country, working closely with various stakeholders to drive efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cashless parking payment systems, ensuring smooth functionality and quick resolution of any issues.</li>
<li>System Monitoring &amp; Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot payment platforms, ensuring system uptime, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues.</li>
<li>Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to both clients and users by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical difficulties related to the cashless parking system.</li>
<li>Business Analysis &amp; Reporting: Analyze usage data, trends, and operational performance. Prepare reports on system performance, user feedback, and key metrics to improve service delivery.</li>
<li>Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes related to payment solutions and platform functionalities, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Collaboration with Partners: Liaise with parking operators, technology providers, and other external partners to ensure the integration and smooth deployment of payment systems.</li>
<li>Compliance &amp; Security: Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices for payment security and privacy.</li>
