&nbsp;Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supports senior-level managers/ account managers and any other sales staff</li>
<li>Oversees the maintenance of division processes involve TM, Celcom and future products.</li>
<li>Performs administrative and division support activities including problem solving via fielding telephone calls and agent or principle visitation.</li>
<li>Acts as a liaison between principles and agents/Internal Sales Person/customers professionally, making sure sales cycle is complete with satisfaction and execute plan accordance to division directions.</li>
<li>Constantly keep up to date knowledge of broadband products (TM/Celcom, Maxis, TIME, etc), processes and learn from principle and explain to agents/ Internal Sales Person/customers.</li>
<li>Conduct broadband products training to staff/related parties as and when required.</li>
<li>To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
