</ul>
<ol>
<li>Manage office supplies: stationery, pantry items, toiletries, and snacks.</li>
<li>Oversee office upkeep activities: air conditioning, water filter, printer maintenance, pest control, and lighting.</li>
<li>Coordinate office and hostel cleaning schedules, including monitoring cleaner attendance.</li>
<li>Apply for building access for new staff and maintain related records.</li>
<li>Ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness of hostel facilities.</li>

<li><strong>Event &amp; Activity Support</strong></li>
</ul>

<li>Assist in organizing and supporting company activities including festivals, sports events, and team-building sessions.</li>

<li><strong>Staff Support &amp; HR Administration</strong></li>

<li>Support staff business travel arrangements: accommodation, flight, and transportation.</li>
<li>Assist in checking and recording staff attendance.</li>
<li>Handle visa and permit applications for all types of work permits.</li>
<li>Maintain proper asset records and oversee company asset tracking.</li>
<li>Record and update contract documentation, including stamping and renewal</li>
