We are looking for a passionate and proactive Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team! In this role, you'll help strengthen our online presence, attract leads, and communicate our brand value through creative, data-driven digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Content &amp; Social Media
<ul>
<li>Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).</li>
<li>Maintain and grow social media accounts through regular, well-timed postings.</li>
<li>Create visuals, and marketing designs aligned with the brand identity.</li>
<li>Work closely with the assigned teams to ensure content is visually cohesive and professional.</li>
<li>Plan and produce short videos, infographics, and posts for campaigns, milestones, or team highlights.</li>
<li>Manage the content calendar and stay alert to emerging digital trends and opportunities for engagement.</li>
</ul>

2. Marketing Operations &amp; Campaigns
<ul>
<li>Support the execution of digital advertising and promotional campaigns (social media, email, web).</li>
<li>Generate leads from social media platforms and other relevant digital channels.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing promotional presentations and marketing materials.</li>
<li>Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data from marketing activities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team on planning, partnerships, and creative campaigns.</li>
<li>Support administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations.</li>
</ul>

3. Analytics &amp; Continuous Improvement
<ul>
<li>Track and report key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>Analyse content engagement to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Adopt a "test and learn”mindset—experiment with new ideas, measure outcomes, and optimise based on results.</li>
<li>Be proactive in identifying gaps or new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.</li>
<li>Comply with the assigned ad-hoc tasks.</li>
</ul>
