IT Project Manager / Coordinator

-We are looking for an experienced and organized IT Project Manager and Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

-Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

-Coordinate internal technical teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

-Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.

-Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

-Ensure projects comply with IT best practices, security requirements, and company standards.

-Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.

-Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

-Assist in gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements when needed.

Job Requirements

Requirements :

-At least Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

-Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT project management or coordination.

-Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, or infrastructure projects.

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

-Proficiency in project management tools.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

-Relevant certifications will be an advantage.

Essential Skills :

-Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including jQuery).

-Experience with any PHP frameworks such as Codeigniter / Laravel.

-Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

-Experience with the Laravel PHP framework.

-Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL).

-Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

-Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.

-Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

-Experience with c# or .net programming is a plus.

Soft Skills :

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

-Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. 

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

-Experience in Agile methodology.
