Job Descriptions <ul><li>Responsible to work with various cross functional team to deliver the project as per job scope, schedule and budget without compromising safety and quality per project specification.</li><li>Drive project optimization plan to save cost with detailed budget planning and run value engineering.</li><li>Steer and drive project progress to hit financial targets and corporate ambition.</li><li>Establish team reporting and publish team performance or project progress status.</li><li>Develop, supervise and/or review designs of commercial and industrial scale solar systems, including but not limited to the electrical, structural and mechanical aspects of the projects.</li><li>Work with design team to confirm engineering design to decide DC equipment and AC interconnection locations at the site and connections to the existing electrical system.</li><li>Provide technical support to review/preparation of proposals, including customer/internal stakeholder meeting during project cycle.</li><li>Provide technical direction to project during project kick off, execution, delivery, testing, PV system commissioning and performance monitoring.</li><li>Implement improvement plan and strategies to improve ERP system, KPI dashboard and various project management tools.</li><li>Make technology recommendations based on project site location and geographic conditions.</li></ul> Qualification &amp; Requirement <ul><li>Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Solar, Electrical or Construction industry</li><li>Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel and ERP System</li><li>Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in giving timely and anticipated response</li><li>Demonstrate skills to lead technical team to resolve technical challenges and complex problems</li><li>Possess strong data analytics and decision-making skills</li><li>Knowledge and experience in Solar PV system will be an added advantage</li></ul>
