Job Description

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about products or services. 
• Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, addressing them promptly and professionally. 
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences. 
• Effectively promote and sell products or services to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products based on customer needs.
• Provide accurate and detailed information to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and tracking shipments. 
• Ensure accuracy in order processing and address any issues related to orders.
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner. 
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and sales roles. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. 

• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 

• Diploma, Degree qualifications preferred.
