A. Financial Planning &amp; Budgeting

<li>Lead the development of annual budgets in coordination with program and operational teams.</li>
<li>Monitor budget implementation and provide regular variance analysis and recommendations.</li>

<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, the board, and donors.</li>

C. Donor Compliance &amp; Grant Management

<li>Ensure compliance with donor financial requirements and timely submission of financial reports.</li>
<li>Support proposal development with budget inputs and cost analysis.</li>

D. Internal Controls &amp; Risk Management

<li>Implement and monitor robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.</li>
<li>Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.</li>

E. Audit &amp; Compliance

<li>Coordinate annual external audits and donor-specific audits.</li>
<li>Address audit findings and follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.</li>

F. Team Leadership
<ul>
<li>Supervise and mentor finance officers/accountants.</li>
<li>Provide training on financial procedures and donor compliance as needed.</li>
</ul>
G. Cash Flow &amp; Treasury
<ul>
<li>Monitor cash flow and manage bank accounts and fund transfers.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, including payroll and vendor payments.</li>
</ul>
H. Systems Management
<ul>
<li>Oversee accounting systems and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.</li>
<li>Collaborate in the implementation or upgrade of financial software systems.</li>
<li>Any other task as assigned by the supervisors from time to time.</li>
</ul>
