Responsibilities:

<li>To liase with smallholders and conduct regular field visits to provide support and execute the project at field with team.</li>
<li>To manage day to day field operations in coordination with partners and farmers and ensure timely implementation of project plans.</li>
<li>To collaborate with the ground team for organized training, workshops, and capacity building programme for targeted farmers.</li>
<li>To collaborate with the ground team for collected data, process documentation and facilitating opportunity in meetings.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To assist the Program team in achieving yearly milestones, final outcomes of the program, and yearly activity plan.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To provide assistance in identifying, evaluating and networking with other stakeholders and potential partners.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To provide progress report at the end of every month.</li>
<li>To perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.</li>
