Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To liase with smallholders and conduct regular field visits to provide support and execute the project at field with team.
• To manage day to day field operations in coordination with partners and farmers and ensure timely implementation of project plans.
• To collaborate with the ground team for organized training, workshops, and capacity building programme for targeted farmers.
• To collaborate with the ground team for collected data, process documentation and facilitating opportunity in meetings. 
• To assist the Program team in achieving yearly milestones, final outcomes of the program, and yearly activity plan. 
• To provide assistance in identifying, evaluating and networking with other stakeholders and potential partners. 
• To provide progress report at the end of every month.
• To perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture 
• Possess experience in oil palm management or other commodities
• Good knowledge of Microsoft
• Good command of Malay and English, both written & spoken
• Willing to travel to Kuala Langat/Klang area
• Posses driving license
