Job Description

• Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan across the Google, Meta, Tiktok ads network and other relevant performance platforms in the future.
• Develop, manage, execute and optimize digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns including budgets and campaigns strategy across all digital channels to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC.
• Continuously stay updated, identify and test new organic and paid channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
• Work closely with the management team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback and present data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
• Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of in-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.
• Exceptional understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
• Good presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Creative and critical thinker.
