<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><ins>Recruitment Support</ins></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate interviews, collect and organize resumes, and communicate with candidates.</li>
<li>Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.</li>
</ul>
<p><ins>Attendance and Leave Management:</ins></p>
<ul>
<li>Track and manage employee attendance and leave records.</li>
<li>Coordinate with supervisors and employees to ensure accurate attendance reporting.</li>
</ul>
<p><ins>HR Documentation:</ins></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.</li>
</ul>
<p><ins>Onboarding and Offboarding:</ins></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with different departments.</li>
<li>Assist to handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property.</li>
</ul>

• Coordinate interviews, update ATS and records, track attendance, assist onboarding/offboarding.
• Hands-on HR team: gain practical HR experience across functions.
