Job Description
- Assist in time studies and method analysis on production floor.
- Support in data collection for line balancing, capacity planning, and output tracking.
- Help evaluate and improve garment construction processes for better efficiency and quality.
- Participate in monitoring daily production activities and preparing reports.
- Learn to use basic industrial engineering tools such as SMV, line layout, and work standardization.
- Work closely with sewing operators, supervisors, and production planners to implement improvements.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Apparel Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong interest in garment production and process improvement.
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of garment construction and production flow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of IE software is a plus.
