Joining our team means you are passionate about the construction industry and uphold a high standard of work quality. Since most contractors' site teams speak Malay, proficiency in the national language is essential. Additionally, some senior purchasers communicate in Mandarin, so proficiency in the Chinese language would be a plus.

We are looking for:

A senior professional with experience in the construction industry who can effectively interact with people, manage tasks, and solve problems. Experience working with main and subcontractors is a strong advantage.

What You'll Do:

• Empower Construction Teams: Collaborate with our implementation team to help construction companies adopt digital tools using the Speedbrick app.
• Onboarding & Training: Assist each department in transitioning to our software, ensuring they understand and use it effectively.
• Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth integration and resolve any issues that arise.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation process from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and successful software adoption. Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
