&nbsp;Handle the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management. Manage recruitment activities such as job posting, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters. Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, leave, and payroll-related records. Assist in performance management processes, training coordination, and staff development activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws. Handle employee inquiries and HR-related matters in a professional and confidential manner. Liaise with external parties such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other relevant authorities when required. Handle foreign worker matters including visa application, work permit processing, and liaising with Immigration (Imigresen). Perform HR administrative duties and any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.&nbsp;

• Run recruitment, onboarding, employee files, attendance and payroll records, support performance &amp; HR admin.
• Liaise with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Immigration on Malaysian HR matters.
• Fast hands-on exposure to the full HR lifecycle and govt processes!

• Mengurus pengambilan, onboarding, rekod kakitangan, kehadiran &amp; gaji; urus EPF, SOCSO, EIS dan Imigresen.
• Sertai Staffs Talent, syarikat penyelesaian HR.
• Pendedahan kepada proses HR, latihan &amp; prestasi serta urusan pekerja asing, peluang berkembang!
