<li>Financial Data Entry Accurately enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets, including invoices, expenses, and transactions. Ensure data accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Invoices and Payments Process invoices and expense claims, verifying supporting documentation. Prepare and issue payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner. Assist in tracking accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li>
<li>Financial Records Maintenance Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation. File and archive financial documents as necessary.</li>
<li>Bank Reconciliation Assist in bank reconciliation activities, ensuring that bank statements align with financial records.</li>
<li>Expense Tracking Monitor and track employee expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies. Assist in preparing expense reports and reimbursements.</li>
<li>Financial Reporting Generate and compile financial reports and statements as directed by the Finance Manager. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li>
<li>General Ledger Maintenance Assist in maintaining the general ledger, recording financial transactions accurately.</li>
<li>Assist in Audits Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing requested documentation and responding to auditor queries.</li>
<li>Compliance Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.</li>
<li>Administrative Support Provide administrative assistance to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.</li>
<li>Ad Hoc Tasks Perform additional financial and administrative tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.</li>
