Job Description

 Assistant

  • Duties include handling accounting, book keeping and payroll matters of clients.
  • Ensure deadlines are met for all jobs assigned.
  • Candidates will gain exposure in accounting for many types of businesses and industries
  • Handling and servicing a portfolio of clients, both local and overseas.

Executive

  • Preparation of full set of accounts, cashflow and financial reports
  • Execute assignments as assigned by the Managers/Partners
  • Managing a team of subordinates, and reviewing of subordinates’ portfolio.
  • Ensure deadlines are met for all jobs.
  • Handling and servicing a portfolio of clients, both local and overseas.
  • Reporting to management.

Job Requirements

 Assistant

  • LCCI Higher / CAT / AAT / AIA / Part ACCA / CIMA / Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Those without experience are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Salary will commensurate with experience.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Able to liaise with clients from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Executive

  • Good command of written and spoken in both Mandarin and English.
  • Possess accounting qualification (LCCI Higher, full / partial ACCA, CIMA or MACPA) or relevant degree.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in an Accounting Firm.
  • Proficient in technical issues.
  • Must be self-motivated, mature and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
