The Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment, primarily forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and other related material handling equipment. ● Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, documenting all repairs and
maintenance performed.
● Maintain a clean and organized work area.
● Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
● Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
● Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and repair techniques.
● Manage parts inventory and order necessary supplies. (May be required depending
on the role)
● Provide on-site or in-shop repair services. (Specify if it's one or both)
● Travel to customer locations as needed. (If applicable)
Requirements:
● Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or
associate's degree in a related field preferred.
● Experience: Proven experience as a technician, preferably working on forklifts or
other related equipment. Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical
systems is essential.
