Sunlight Pharmacy is seeking a Sales Executive (Online & Promotion Coordination) to drive the company’s online sales performance across e-commerce platforms and coordinate promotion execution between suppliers, marketing teams, and outlet sales teams to ensure effective campaign implementation both online and offline.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Online Sales Management
  • Manage Sunlight Pharmacy’s online sales channels including Shopee, Sunlight online platform, and other approved e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, stock availability, and promotional mechanics are updated accurately and on time.
  • Monitor online sales performance and implement sales-driving initiatives to achieve online sales targets.
  • Propose initiatives to improve traffic, conversion, and sales growth across all online platforms.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis:
    • Prepare and submit monthly reports to Commercial Manager on online sales performance, including sales revenue, traffic, conversion rates, campaign results, and platform-wise performance.
    • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and promotional effectiveness to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Track progress against online sales targets and highlight risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Social Media & Website Management
  • Maintain regular updates on company social media platforms and official websites.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure promotional campaigns, product launches, and announcements are published according to schedule.
  • Ensure company information, banners, and promotional content remain accurate and up to date.
• Promotion Coordination (Offline & Online)
  • Liaise with suppliers, sales teams, and marketing teams regarding promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on promotion mechanics, POSM materials, social media promotional requirements, and campaign timelines.
  • Communicate finalized promotional information to the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution at outlets and online platforms.
  • Follow up to ensure promotions are implemented according to agreed timelines.
• Event Support and Execution
  • Provide on-site operational support during company events, health fairs, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in event preparation including coordination of promotional materials, product displays, and logistics.
  • Support sales and marketing teams during events to ensure smooth execution and achievement of event objectives.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
