What's your job scope like?

• Assist on the end-to-end process of learning and training programs which includes but not limited to training registration, payment, communication, and the upkeep of learning data.
• Coordinate and execute learning & development initiatives such as trainings, workshops, and webinars.
• Assist in planning and executing our branding activities which include physical and virtual career fairs or engagement sessions.
• Create basic graphic designing and video editing tasks using provided tools as and when needed.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or special projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the Business field or its equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
• Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Team player with strong ability to motivate, inspire and consistently exceed expectations.
• Able to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision.
