Accounting and Bookkeeping

<li>To prepare documentations such as Quotation, PO, Invoice, Payment Voucher.</li>
<li>Maintain and update full sets of accounts using SQL Accounting Software.</li>
<li>Record and reconcile daily transactions including sales, purchases, payments and receipts.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly financial summaries and assist in cash flow forecasting and monitoring.</li>
</ul>
Payroll
<ul>
<li>Process monthly payroll including statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).</li>
<li>Ensure timely salary disbursement and maintain accurate payroll records.</li>
</ul>
Payment and Claims
<ul>
<li>Handle payments to suppliers and monitor outstanding balances.</li>
<li>Verify and process staff claims and petty cash reimbursements.</li>
</ul>
Receivables
<ul>
<li>Ensure timely collection on accounts receivables.</li>
<li>Maintain up to date debtors aging report and monitor closely for overdue accounts.</li>
<li>Prepare official receipts and debtor statements.</li>
</ul>
Tax and Audit
<ul>
<li>Prepare documentation and reports for tax submissions and compliance (Form E, CP204, CP58, etc.).</li>
<li>Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and government authorities (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO.etc.).&nbsp;</li>
